David oversees our project managers and helps maintain our high quality of craftsmanship. Each brings their own unique skills to ensure each job runs smoothly and is completed to the satisfaction of the homeowner.
   
• Project Completion Time: Our goal is to consistently beat industry standards for project scheduling, while never compromising the quality of the work performed. We will complete your project before its scheduled completion time, because we understand the stress and hassle of a home improvement project.
   
• Commitment to Community: We understand the value of community. We live and work here in the Birmingham Metro Area and we’re deeply committed to making it a better place to live and work. From community service projects to local football team support, we are actively involved in the community.
   
• Job Cleanliness: A clean jobsite is a safe jobsite. Twin jobs will always be kept very clean and orderly, both for the benefit of our homeowners and employees. We want you, the homeowner, to be able to show off your project throughout all stages of completion. This also allows our employees to work in a safe, clean and orderly environment.
   
• Warranty: Here at Twin, we place our work under a one year warranty. This allows our homeowners to feel safe, secure and confident in our work. In addition, we return to our projects to complete a 30-day punch list after the project completion date.
